• One Account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.

12xxxThe following rules apply at all times when betting on 12xxx. Adhering to these Terms & Conditions ensures a fair and safe experience for all members.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the outcome of the bet will be determined by the system.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• For any changes in odds, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 12xxx reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Placing multiple conflicting bets on the same match ("arbitrage") is strictly prohibited.

For Sports Betting, match outcomes are determined in accordance with the international rules of the relevant sport. In the event of any disputed result, 12xxx's decision shall be final.

12xxxFinancial transactions at -are fully secure and fast. Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).

• Attempting to exploit the betting system or bonus system.
• Detection of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• The account is operated by a person under 18 years of age.
• Misconduct toward other members or staff.

Members may request account closure at any time. The account will be closed and the remaining balance refunded within 7 business days of the request.

• Members' information is never sold or transferred to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by legal obligation.

• Members may request to update or delete their personal information at any time.

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Transaction delays due to third-party service (mobile banking) processing times.
• Financial losses from betting — all bets are placed entirely at your own risk.

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• Step One: Contact our support team via live chat or email.
• Step 2: If the issue remains unresolved, please file a formal complaint.
• Step Three: Resolution through a mutually agreed mediator.

12xxx Reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification.

• Members will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may request to close your account.
